What is Transformation Coaching?

Our transformational coaching is a fusion of therapies that combine the beneficial and powerful principles of Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Our programmes use the power of hypnosis to enhance the speed of your desired changes, making these changes feel natural, effortless, comfortable and empowering. They focus and identify root cause, releasing its hold subconsciously whilst reprinting with enabling patterns to help you achieve the life you desire.

What is Clinical Hypnotherapy?

Clinical hypnotherapy, is used to treatment. Hypnosis is a deep state of relaxation in which you can access your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind holds your beliefs and patterns that control your thoughts and behaviour. Accessing this part of your mind can help you remove, change and replace any unwanted patterns with enabling patterns.

While in hypnosis you are always in control. The power is always yours. My role as your therapist is to help connect with your own personal solutions to the issues you want resolved.

What is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy?

Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a type of talk therapy (psychotherapy). It’s centred on the awareness that our thoughts and behaviour are inter-connected. CBT helps raise awareness and understanding in order to challenge thoughts that negatively impact behaviour.

Numerous research shows that CBT is a very effective tool on its own or in combination with other therapies in treating mental health issues.

What is Neuro Linguistic Programming?

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is a psychological approach that is centred on understanding the way our brain (neuro) processes the words we use (linguistic) and how that can impact our present and future (programming). It relates to thoughts, language, and patterns of behaviour learned through experience to specific outcomes. It operates through the conscious use of language to bring about changes in our thoughts and behaviour.
