Perimenopause and Menopause Programmes
My Menopause Coaching Programmes
Something has changed and you know it. You are not the same woman you were a year or two ago. Your emotions feel harder to manage. Anxiety has appeared from nowhere, or the anxiety you already had has got worse. Things that never used to knock you feel overwhelming now. Low mood. Loss of confidence. A sense that you do not quite recognise yourself anymore.
This is what menopause does to the brain, not just the body. And it is more addressable than most women are told.
I have worked with hundreds of women across the UK, US, and Europe. My approach works on both the conscious and subconscious level simultaneously, anchoring changes at the root so they hold. Completely natural. Precision-focused. Built around you specifically, not a formula.
Women I work with typically notice a difference by the third or fourth session.

Real Women, Real Results
She’d made peace with anxiety being permanent. Then everything changed.
“I’d been battling anxiety for years. It came on during perimenopause and just never let up. I tried everything I could think of. HRT actually made things worse, so that was a no. I worked through several different therapists and approaches, but nothing really clicked. Eventually I was put on antidepressants, which took the edge off but never fully sorted it. After years on them I made the decision to come off. By that point I’d pretty much made peace with the idea that anxiety was just going to be part of who I was now. It had changed me, my personality, my relationships, how I functioned day to day. I’ll be honest, when I first spoke to Trish I wasn’t exactly optimistic. I’d run out of hope that anything would actually make a difference. She was the one who convinced me to give it a shot anyway. The results have been nothing short of remarkable, even shocking if I’m honest.”

The Reclaim Programme
Menopause anxiety, panic attacks, low mood, emotional overwhelm
If anxiety has taken over since perimenopause, this is the programme. The Reclaim Programme is my most comprehensive 1:1 coaching and therapy programme. It targets the anxiety patterns and nervous system responses that HRT, antidepressants, and standard therapy often do not fully reach.
The programme runs for 8 weeks. Many women feel a noticeable shift by week 4.

Flat, unmotivated, disconnected from who you were
Not everyone arrives at this stage in crisis. Some women just feel muted. The spark has gone. Nothing excites you. You cannot explain it and you cannot shake it. The Midlife Reignite Programme is specifically for that. It focuses on rebuilding energy, confidence, and a clear sense of direction.

A personalised menopause management plan built around you
We are all different. What works for one woman is not necessarily safe or effective for another. This standalone programme reviews your current menopause management end to end: your hormonal balance, supplementation, and lifestyle. I identify the gaps and build a personalised strategy around you and where you are right now.

Coaching, support, and community at a more accessible investment
A small-group format that brings together women at a similar stage. You get structured coaching alongside peer support from women who understand what you are going through. Effective, affordable, and far less isolating than going it alone.

Driving anxiety that appears during perimenopause or menopause is a recognised hormonal symptom. Far more common than most women realise, and it does not have to be permanent. I run a dedicated programme specifically for this, separate from my menopause coaching.

Impact of Menopause
Some disruptions caused by both menopause and perimenopause may be a strain in personal relationships, may result in health issues, and can even have devastating effects on a woman’s career.
75% of women say menopause had a negative impact on the
career
65% say menopause had an impact on their relationships
70% say they struggled with emotional and mental health due
to menopause
Over 50% of women are misdiagnosed during the
perimenopause
65% of women did not know they had started their
menopause transition
A lot women were unsure of the best solution for them, due to lack of information or conflicting information.
Let’s break it down so you can understand what’s happening and why —and most importantly, how to take back control.
What is Menopause?
Menopause marks the end of your menstrual cycles and fertility, officially diagnosed after 12 consecutive months without a period. It typically happens between the ages of 45 and 55, but every woman’s journey is unique.
Common Menopause symptoms:
- Hot flashes and night sweats
- Mood swings and irritability
- Brain fog and memory issues
- Fatigue and sleep disturbances
- Vaginal dryness and reduced libido
- Joint aches/Pains
But menopause isn’t just physical—it’s emotional too. Anxiety, depression, and feeling disconnected are often part of the experience.
What is Perimenopause?
Perimenopause is the transitional phase before menopause, when your hormones begin to fluctuate. For many
women, this phase can start as early as their mid-30s or 40s and last several years.
What to watch for in perimenopause:
- Irregular periods (shorter, longer, heavier, or lighter)
- Worsened PMS symptoms
- New or increased anxiety, depression, or mood changes
- Trouble sleeping, even when you’re exhausted
- Changes in weight and body shape
This stage can feel chaotic, but understanding it is the first step toward managing it effectively.
Why You Might Feel Unprepared
Despite its profound impact, menopause is rarely talked about openly. Many women feel blindsided by the symptoms, and conventional medicine often focuses on physical issues, overlooking emotional and mental health.
Some women are misdiagnosed with conditions like anxiety or depression, given antidepressants instead of the targeted menopause support they need. Others are told their
symptoms are “just aging.”
